Before this, he worked as a physiotherapist (graduated in 1998 at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences) in a private practice. In 2000 he started working at MCVSA (Medical Centre for posture disorders) as a podo-orthotist (graduated in 2000).

In 2008 he opened his own osteopathy practice in Delft.
He has also attended several post-graduate courses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You can turn to Osteopathy de Groot for just one single treatment or for a therapy consisting of several treatments.

An osteopath is able to assess with his hands which tissue and structures of the body have become less mobile. The osteopath not only examines the region where the symptoms are located, but will examine the whole body to find the cause of these symptoms. Treatment will be aimed at removing the cause of these symptoms.

At your first visit, the osteopath will map your symptoms by means of a conversation and a physical examination.  On the basis of this physical examination, the osteopath will determine the cause of your symptoms. During this specifically osteopathic examination, the osteopath looks for movement disorders which may be connected to your symptoms. After this complete examination, the osteopath will be able to tell you what he can do for you. Subsequently, the osteopath can start treatment during this first consultation.
